Whitney Houston was laid to rest Sunday morning during a private ceremony.
The mega pop star, whose home going service the day before was a star-studded event that included Oprah Winfrey, Gayle King, Kevin Costner, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, R. Kelly, Stevie Wonder, Mayor Cory Booker, Governor Chris Christie, Jay-Z and Beyonce as attendees, was buried next to her father John Houston.
Houston died last Saturday at the Beverly Hilton hotel the day before the 2012 Grammys.
Rest in peace, Nippy. We will always love you…
