Mo’ money, mo’ problems for Waka Flocka Flame.

RumorFix has learned exclusively that Antonio Stukes, who was accused of trying to rob Waka in February, is now turning around and suing the rap star for punitive damages — and since Waka’s people haven’t responded, he asking for the judge to rule in his favor.

Stukes is an aspiring rapper from North Carolina who had hoped to get his demo tape in the hands of his idol, but instead he was shot at by Waka’s bodyguards and injured in his shoulder.

Stukes was arrested as a suspect and hospitalized. He’s claiming that the Waka’s bodyguards exercised gross negligence at firing at him and forced him to ring up bills exceeding $10,000, incur lost wages and of course, loss of freedom.

Stuke’s attorney, Matthew E. Flatow, who tells RumorFix he’ll ask for a “very substantial” amount, says “Mr. Waka Flocka Flame has absolutely no remorse for his actions or those of his entourage and does not take responsibility at all.”
