( 4UMF NEWS ) Randy Jackson Afraid For His Mother’s Life:
The King of Pop’s kids are back with grandma — who’s ready to share guardianship with one of her other grandkids. Katherine Jackson and grandson TJ will file a request next week for joint responsibilities in raising Michael Jackson’s three kids as one aspect of the bitter family feud winds down, her lawyer said Friday.
“The pleading will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and TJ have often shared responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson’s tragic passing,” said a statement from attorney Perry Sanders.
“Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael’s children.”
Michael Jackson’s kid brother, in an off the wall tweet, charged executors of the King of Pop’s estate were trying to murder their mom.
“It is my fear and belief that they are trying to take my mother’s life,” said Randy Jackson, capping a bizarre week of family in-fighting focused around 82-year-old Katherine Jackson.
“The Estate is trying to isolate my mother from her family JUST LIKE THEY DID TO MICHAEL, in order to propagate their lies, financial agendas and to protect a fraudulent will.”
A call to a spokesman for the estate executors was not immediately returned Friday afternoon.
But Randy Jackson’s bizarre Twitter message was the latest volley in the civil war that divided the star-studded singing clan.
Earlier in the week, platinum-selling songstress Janet was caught fighting with her late brother’s 14-year-old daughter Paris — and reportedly slapped the teen.
After Janet called Paris “a spoiled little bitch,” the niece told her aunt to “get the f— out” of their California home.
Katherine Jackson drove 500 miles from Arizona for a Thursday reunion with Michael’s three kids at their Calabasas, Calif., residence.
She had spent the previous nine days at spa in the southwest amid reports that the family matriarch was kidnapped.
Randy Jackson suggested earlier in the week that the kidnap reports were designed to steer attention away from claims that his late brother’s will was faked.
The will gave 40% of the estate to Katherine, 40% to Jacko’s kids, and 20% to charity. Randy and four of his siblings are challenging its validity.
On Friday, a proposal was announced where grandma Jackson and her 34-year-old grandson, TJ, would share guardianship of Michael’s three children.
A California judge would need to sign off on the proposal next week.
The octogenarian Jackson “greatly appreciates the recent love and concern that people have shown for her and the kids,” Sanders said.
The joint-guardianship proposal was approved by Michael Jackson’s eldest child, 15-year-old Prince, according to Sanders.
