In what is a sure sign of how large the sport has grown, UFC Champion Jon Jones announced via his Twitter that he has signed a global sponsorship deal with Nike.

The deal will outfit Jones with a full catalog of Nike apparel and footwear, with signature Nike Jon Jones clothing and footwear dropping in the future. Jon Jones is the second UFC athlete signed to Nike, the first being Anderson Silva.
