( 4UMF NEWS ) Nelly‘s Bus Passenger Pleads Not Guilty:
Brian Keith Jones, the man who was busted aboard Nelly’s tour bus for drug possession, plead not guilty yesterday.
Nelly’s tour bus was pulled over on Thursday in Siera Blanca, TX and cops discovered 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over TEN POUNDS of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag.
At the time of the arrest, law enforcement sources said that Brian Keith Jones admitted the drugs (as well as a loaded .45 caliber pistol) were his.
But it looks like Jones will try and fight the felony charges, as law enforcement sources say he pled not guilty last night. He was released on bond early this morning.
For his part, Nell claims he had no idea the drugs or the gun were onboard the bus.
