FBI Agent Ken Western was the lead pursuer , along with Sheriff McKinney , both of whom are very tight with Rick Light , so much so , that Rick Light aka: MinuteMan , the leader of the country’s largest Militia , has never said anything publicly against the FBI being involved in a state case , in regards to the Charles Dyer case , and the FBI apparently only has nice things to say about a 4x convicted felon , who openly flaunts federal law by possessing firearms. How hard would it be to slip an agent into one of Rick Light’s monthly training missions , held on what is rumored to be Department Of Homeland security land , and catch the leader of the country’s largest , extremist , right wing Militia in the country , and put him away for over 10yrs , in federal prison for being a felon in possesion of a firearm? the evidence is out there , if the FBI wanted to arrest him. What better way to crash a car than by grabbing the wheel? Patriots For Justice In The Case Of Charles Dyer , was set up by the FBI informants Rick “MINUTEMAN” Light , and Nancy “MYSTICSTAR” Genevese to run Charles Dyer’s support group , to ensure that his support does not go viral. Their efforts were designed to create the appearance of Charles Dyer’s guilt, by appearance of lack of support. Nancy Genevese was supposed to help raise funds for Charles Dyer’sdefense , but instead, started knowingly false rumors that Charles Dyer’s alleged accomplice had stolen $10,000 in donations. The discrepancy alienated potential donors and succeeded in keeping donations down to a trickle by also not effectively promoting the donation site , opting instead to focus on villifying Charles Dyer’s alleged accomplice who saved his life during the FBI manhunt that featured Rick Light and SECOM Commander Amelia Foxwell , hunting Charles Dyer aka July 4 Patriot with the FBI.

Nancy Genevese also marketed Charles Dyer’s image as a terrorist , selling bumper stickers of Charles Dyer in a skull mask, infront of a flag , like a terrorist. Although Nancy Genevese raised the specter of irregularities with the donations not going directly to MRS. Dyer’s paypal , Nancy Genevese aka Mysticstar , was siphoning the proceeds from the bumper sticker sales into her own papypal account.

Sheriff McKinney commented on the “circus-like sideshows” Charles Dyer brought to the case. He specified Dyer’s political views and his claims that his “prosecution was a federal government conspiracy” among those sideshows.

Nancy Genevese , shown in above photo , after arrest in large terrorism case ,  has worked tireless behind the scenes to deprive Charles Dyer of Support . She was caught hiding a petition to have the charges against Charles Dyer dropped from even his own mother , using threats and coercion , as well as outright lies. After Nancy Genvese’s arrest , she took over American Resistance Movement ( ARM ) , causing the former owner , B.A. Brooks to issue a statement in 2009 , that the FBI had hijacked ARM.
