Lady Gaga’s Mom Only Has One Issue With Gaga

( 4UMF NEWS ) Lady Gaga’s Mom Only Has One Issue With Gaga:

On Sunday night Oprah Winfrey‘s “Oprah’s Next Chapter” went one-on-one interviews with Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta…otherwise known as “Lady Gaga” and her mother Cynthia.  We come to learn that Cynthia backs her daughter up with everything she does, except for one thing; Gaga’s use of swear words. Ya know…not the fact that she walks a red carpet with a dress made of meat – although Lady Gaga revealed her grandmother wasn’t so pleased –  or the fact that she’s half naked in some of her videos and performances; it’s that she swears. I do find that a little odd. Even though Lady Gaga oozes positive messages in her music and outrages performances, her mother thinks she is still effect; if not more effective if she would just stop the swearing.

I personally think it adds passion to her voice. Maybe some people don’t agree with it, and that’s fine. Every is entitled to their own opinion. I think when she throws in a swear word every once in a while (when she’s talking about something meaningful to her), it shows the drive in her to want to make the world a better place. She talks often about equal rights, loving the way you are and to not succum to bullies. She’s one of the true inspirations in todays generation of music and I can highly respect that, swearing or not.

On that note, please check out the Born This Way Foundation which is a non-profit organization with the mission of encouraging individuality and self-expression among young people by helping their communities support them.  It really is a great foundation and deserves some more notice.

What do you guys think of Lady Gaga and her role in the world today?
