Now, a source tells HSK that’s exactly why Kirk Frost is demanding a paternity test be taken.

According to our insider, it’s no secret to many in their Atlanta circle that Rasheeda and Scrappy have been smashing. That’s why most are reportedly surprised that Kirk would even show up on the set to share a ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ scene with rapper Lil Scrappy.

Vegans have long been advised to take B12 supplements as long term veganism runs the huge risk of serious B12 deficiency as well as other nutrients only found in animal foods such as true Vitamin A. These foods included grassfed butter, pastured eggs, liver, seafood, and fish eggs. Notice that none – NOT ONE of these traditionally sacred foods is plant based!

( 4UMF NEWS ) Jason Segel Has A New Girlfriend:

Looks like Jason Segel has moved on from Michelle Williams.

The actor, 33, was spotted out and about with a mystery woman on May 19, enjoying lunch before cuddling up with the blonde on a stroll. The pair was also photographed stopping by a local Whole Foods grocery store in West Hollywood.

Segel ended things with 32-year-old Williams in February after the couple dated for almost a year. According to People, single mom Williams wasn’t ready to commit to Segel, who had to remain in Los Angeles where his TV series “How I Met Your Mother” is being filmed. Reportedly Segel was very close to her daughter Matilda with the late Heath Ledger.

“While Jason made every effort to make them a priority in his life –- and they were top priority –- he still couldn’t drop everything and leave his life and career in LA,” a source told People.

But by the looks of this photo, Segel is getting over his relationship with Williams and ready to start fresh with someone out of the Hollywood spotlight.

When interviewed by Kerrie Mitchell she revealed her true feelings about Erica (Scrappy’s on and off fiance). We all thought she hated Scrappy’s last girlfriend Diamond, but now we know Erica is in first place for the title. Momma Dee shares the real reason why she was really mad when Erica ‘left her child for dead’ last season and which of the ladies in Scrappy’s life had ass shots!! Even Erica’s Momma wasn’t off limits with Momma Dee taking shots at her parenting skills and past drug addiction. Many may not know but Momma Dee also has a daughter who loves life is just as interesting as Scrappy’s! Momma Dee goes clean in on her daughters man too for being a deadbeat. With Momma Dee being all up in her children’s lives, you would think she wouldn’t have time for a man, but she proved us wrong when she showed up to the studio with her young boo thang who ironically is from Detroit. Will we ever see this man on Love and Hip Hop? She answers that question and how long they have been an item. Something’s telling me Momma Dee is looking for spin off because her boo thang Hugh is stirring up some drama. Judging by these pics, he’s trying to live and Momma Dee doesn’t seem like she’s willing to share if she ain’t around. Sigh… We shall see…

If you can’t trust credible entertainment news outlets to give you the truth, then who can you trust?

On Friday, E! News had the internet on fire when they published a report that allegedly confirmed Beyonce was pregnant with her second child, however Jay-Z is insisting that the report contains false information. According to Hot 97′s Program Director Ebro, when he hit Jay to congratulate him on the new baby, Jay’s response was that “the news” is becoming worse than blogs.

Well, I emailed Jay-Z [to congratulate him] and then he hit me back and said ‘It’s not true.’ Like literally, it had to be Saturday afternoon, so it had been a whole 24 hours of it’s true.

Cipha Sounds: What was his direct qoute?

‘It’s not true, the news is worse than blogs,’ so no baby yet.

That’s what the email account said unless he’s been cat fishing me the whole time [laughs] for the last five years.

On the day that E! News broke the story, an alleged Instagram post from Beyonce made it’s rounds across news sites, but is nowhere to be found on her actual account. It read:

I can’t stop the rumors from starting, and I can’t really change people’s minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me.

Did she quickly delete it or was that too made up by the press? [See The New York Daily News] This is definitely getting out of hand.

At least ticket holders can breathe a sigh of a relief for now. A new baby would be such a blessing but the timing would put a damper on her tour dates, plans to release an album and Pepsi deal.

A said moment for soccer fans but not really a said moment for David Beckham even thought he tears up in his last game. I am sure you will see him again.

David Beckham, the storied midfielder who rose to international fame because of his style on and off the pitch, played his last home game for Paris Saint-Germain last night.

, despite being used to the lights and the big stage, Beckham, , was finally overwhelmed.

As he walked off the field at the 81st minute, fans — including former French President Nicolas Sarkozy — chanted his name and Beckham showed emotion.

“I want to say thank you to everybody in Paris, to my team-mates, to the staff, to the fans,” Beckham said at the end of the game, . “To finish my career here could not be any more special… I want to enjoy my family now; I have all the souvenirs I want now so I’m very, very happy. Merci Paris. I’m very sad to be leaving but thank you.”

David Beckham got emotional after playing his final home game for Paris Saint-Germain on Saturday.

The legendary footballer announced his retirement earlier this week.

As the PSG captain departed the field, the stadium erupted in applause. When he embraced his teammates, he began to cry.

Later, he admitted that the game had been difficult one for him.

“To end my career in front of a crowd like that, with players like that, it’s very special,” he said. “It started about 20 minutes before that, to be honest. I started thinking and then, you know, I couldn’t concentrate by then, and it was difficult. You know, you try to hold the emotion back because it is what it is, but it’s difficult.”
