( 4UMF NEWS ) Driver Ejected And Killed In Crash:
Atlanta police were investigating a single car accident on I-20 early Saturday that left the driver dead after he was ejected.
The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. as the unidentified driver approached Hamilton E Holmes Drive while traveling east on I-20, according to police spokesman Office John Chafee. He said the driver’s Dodge Charger left the roadway and hit a barrier wall.
“At this time the accident is under investigation and the driver’s name is not being released,” Chafee said in a statement.
He said no one else was in the vehicle.
