Andre Strassimier or “ Andy The German “ , as he was known , was an FBI informant who assisted Tim McViegh. The FBI had numerous informants involved in the OKC plot , from Carol Howe , to Andy the German , and possibly Tim McViegh , who told his family that he was working undercover to set up Militias in the U.S. as part of a special operation. Whether this is true , or not , or McViegh could have been set up as a patsy himself , is debateable , but what is strange , is that on his Death Certificate , McViegh’s occupation is listed as “ U.S. Army “ , even though he was supposedly discharged , and held over 5 different jobs since being discharged from the Army.

The SWAT raid took place shortly after Deborah Swan spoke to Amelia Foxwell on the phone. Amelia Foxwell was trying to convince Deb Swan to reveal Charles Dyer’s location to her. Charles Dyer was in Texas , not Florida , where Amelia Foxwell and Darren Wilburne tracked down Deborah Swan using SECOM resources.
